Aims and Scope


The KIPS Transactions on Computer and Communication Systems (KIPS Tr. Comp. and Comm. Sys.) is an official journal of the Korea Information Processing Society (KIPS). It is committed to publishing high-quality papers on the state-of-the-art of computer and communication system research. Theoretical research presenting new techniques, concepts, or analyses, and application contributions describing experiences and experiments with working systems are published. The topics covered by the journal include, but are not limited to:
